Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz spiced dark rum
  • 1/2 oz allspice dram
  • 1/2 oz falernum syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 oz green tea
  • 1 oz apple juice
  • A few drops of tiki bitters
  • handful of ice
  • apple slice for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients aside from garnish to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain over crushed or pebble ice.
  4. Garnish with apple slice.
