Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vodka
  • 2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 cup elderflower liqueur
  • 4 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup (can also do rosemary simple syrup if you’re feeling fancy!)
  • 2 bottles Prosecco
  • lemon slices, rosemary and pom seeds for garnish
  • ice for serving

Method
 

  1. Add vodka, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, pom juice, simple syrup and prosecco to a pitcher.
  2. Stir lightly.
  3. Add lemon slices, rosemary sprigs and pomegranate seeds to the pitcher.
  4. Serve over ice.
