I started my mixology journey in 2019, learning the classics through YouTube and other content creators while building up my first home bar.
Once I realized how creative it made me feel, I began experimenting with my own recipes and sharing them online.
Now, five years later, @colettescocktails has become my outlet for fun and creativity. It's a space where I create flavorful, fresh, and sometimes a little crazy recipes.

My martinis are always shaken, dirty, and made with gin (never vodka — sorry, not sorry).
And when it comes to tequila, it’s Atanasio Añejo every single time.

the lights of my life
The lights of my life are my fiancé, our four-year-old long-haired Weimaraner, Ember (the cuddliest girl in the world), and the family and friends who make every day brighter.
We got engaged on a trip to Portugal in the summer of 2025, and that season will forever hold a special place in my heart.

Color is kind of my love language; you’ll find it everywhere: in my home, my wardrobe, and definitely my cocktails. I see fashion and mixology as two sides of the same coin. Both are about balance, creativity, and that just right finishing touch.
