Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz espresso
  • 3/4 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • handful of ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 3 coffee beans for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add espresso, coffee liqueur, vanilla vodka and ice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake very well.
  3. Add ice cream to martini glass.
  4. Strain cocktail over top of the ice cream.
  5. Garnish with three coffee beans.
