Method
- Smoke two sage leaves for a few minutes until thoroughly smoking then place a chilled glass upside down on top of them.
- Set aside.
- Add tequila, apricot liqueur, lemon juice, sage honey syrup, apple juice and half of the ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Strain to smoked glass over the remaining ice.
- Garnish with sage leaves.
