Banana and Cream Martini

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 1 1/2 oz banana liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 oz honey cinnamon syrup
  • handful of ice
  • pinch of bakers sugar
  • 1 slice of banana

Method
 

  1. Add dark rum, banana liqueur, heavy whipping cream, honey cinnamon syrup and ice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into chilled Nick and Nora glass.
  4. Take a slice of banana and sprinkle bakers sugar on one side.
  5. Torch the sugar to brûlée the sugar onto the banana.
  6. Put the slice of a banana on a cocktail pick and garnish the cocktail.
