Method
- Add dark rum, banana liqueur, heavy whipping cream, honey cinnamon syrup and ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Strain into chilled Nick and Nora glass.
- Take a slice of banana and sprinkle bakers sugar on one side.
- Torch the sugar to brûlée the sugar onto the banana.
- Put the slice of a banana on a cocktail pick and garnish the cocktail.
