- Add gin, lime juice, blood orange juice, heavy whipping cream, simple syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker. 
- Dry shake (without ice) for at least 3 minutes. 
- Add ice cubes to the shaker. 
- Shake until the ice is completely dissolved and you can’t hear them anymore. 
- Strain into a chilled highball glass. 
- Let it sit for about 60 seconds in the freezer. 
- Place a straw in the middle of the drink. 
- Pour the club soda down the side of the straw. You should get a nice foam on top! 
- Garnish with a blood orange slice.
