Add gin, lime juice, blood orange juice, heavy whipping cream, simple syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
Dry shake (without ice) for at least 3 minutes.
Add ice cubes to the shaker.
Shake until the ice is completely dissolved and you can’t hear them anymore.
Strain into a chilled highball glass.
Let it sit for about 60 seconds in the freezer.
Place a straw in the middle of the drink.
Pour the club soda down the side of the straw. You should get a nice foam on top!
Garnish with a blood orange slice.
