Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Empress Gin
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Thyme simple syrup
  • handful of ice

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Double strain into a chilled nick & nora glass.
  4. Garnish with a thyme sprig.
