Cherry Lime Sour

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Cherry liqueur
  • 3/4 oz Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 3/4 oz Simple syrup
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 Egg white
  • Handful of ice
  • Dried lime slice for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add cherry liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, angostura bitters and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake (shake without ice).
  3. Add ice then shake very well.
  4. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
  5. Garnish with dried lime slice.
