Chocolate Banana Espresso Martini

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ oz Bourbon
  • ¼ oz Coffee liqueur
  • ½ oz Banana liqueur
  • ¼ oz Crème de cacao
  • 2 oz Fresh espresso
  • ½ oz Simple syrup
  • Handful of ice
  • Bruleéd banana for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients aside from the bruleéd banana to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake very well.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Coat the top of a slice of banana with sugar. Use a cooking torch to bruleé the sugar onto the banana.
  5. Garnish with the bruleéd banana.
