Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3/4 oz Raspberry syrup
  • 1 Egg white
  • Handful of ice
  • 3 Raspberries for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake.
  3. Add ice and shake very well.
  4. Strain into chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with three raspberries.
