Dill Martini

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Gin
  • 3/4 cup Fresh dill
  • 1/4 oz Dry vermouth
  • Handful of ice
  • Lemon twist and dill for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine gin and dill into a jar and cover.
  2. Let sit aside in a room temp, dark spot for 2-3 days.
  3. After 2-3 days, strain the dill out.
  4. Add 2 oz infused gin with ice to a mixing glass.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Add the dry vermouth to a chilled martini glass.
  7. Swirl the vermouth around the glass to coat the glass, then dump the rest out.
  8. Double strain the gin into the martini glass.
  9. Garnish with lemon twist and dill.
