Method
- Combine gin and dill into a jar and cover.
- Let sit aside in a room temp, dark spot for 2-3 days.
- After 2-3 days, strain the dill out.
- Add 2 oz infused gin with ice to a mixing glass.
- Stir well.
- Add the dry vermouth to a chilled martini glass.
- Swirl the vermouth around the glass to coat the glass, then dump the rest out.
- Double strain the gin into the martini glass.
- Garnish with lemon twist and dill.
