Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Whiskey
  • 1 oz Grapefruit juice freshly squeezed
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3/4 oz Demerara simple syrup
  • 1 Egg white
  • Handful of ice
  • Nutmeg grated

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients besides ice and grated nutmeg to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake.
  3. Add ice and shake very well.
  4. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
  5. Garnish cocktail with grated nutmeg.
