Irish Coffee

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Hot water
  • 2 tsp Sugar or 2 sugar cubes
  • ¾ cup Hot coffee
  • 2 oz Irish whiskey
  • 1 oz Heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Fill a heat-resistant glass with hot water to temper it.
  2. Let the water sit in the glass for a few minutes then dump the water.
  3. Add the sugar to the glass.
  4. Add the coffee and the whiskey to the glass.
  5. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
  6. Pour the heavy cream over the back of a spoon onto the top of the cocktail.
