Key Lime Pie Flip

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Graham cracker crushed
  • 2 oz White rum
  • ¾ oz Demerara simple syrup
  • ½ tbsp Vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ oz Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 Whole egg
  • Handful of ice

Method
 

  1. Dip the rim of a coupe glass into 1/4 oz demerara simple syrup then dip into crushed graham crackers.
  2. Place the rimmed glass into the freezer.
  3. Add rum, 3/4 oz demerara simple syrup, vanilla greek yogurt, lime juice and whole egg to a cocktail shaker.
  4. Dry shake (without ice).
  5. Add ice and shake very well.
  6. Strain into chilled, rimmed glass.
