Method
- Dip the rim of a coupe glass into 1/4 oz demerara simple syrup then dip into crushed graham crackers.
- Place the rimmed glass into the freezer.
- Add rum, 3/4 oz demerara simple syrup, vanilla greek yogurt, lime juice and whole egg to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice).
- Add ice and shake very well.
- Strain into chilled, rimmed glass.
