Method
- Begin by rimming a lowball glass with 1/4 oz of honey syrup.
- Dip the rim in a mixture of dried orange zest and coconut flakes.
- Place glass in the freezer.
- Add tequila, cointreau, coconut water, orange juice, coconut milk, 3/4 oz of honey syrup, lime juice and half of the ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Strain over the rest of the ice in the rimmed glass.
- Garnish with orange slice.
