Pad Thai Cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 oz Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 oz Whiskey
  • 1 oz lemongrass tea
  • 1/2 oz sesame and peanut simple syrup
  • 1 tsp Sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • a few cilantro leaves
  • Handful of ice
  • cilantro and edible flowers for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add the few cilantro leaves to a cocktail shaker with lime juice.
  2. Muddle well.
  3. Add the whiskey, lemongrass tea, sesame and peanut simple syrup, sweetened condensed milk and half of the ice to the cocktail shaker.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Double strain into a lowball glass over the remaining ice.
  6. Garnish with cilantro leaves and edible flowers.
