Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Lime diced
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • Small handful of mint
  • 2 oz White rum
  • 1.5 oz Peach nectar
  • Handful of ice

Method
 

  1. Add diced lime, sugar and small handful of mint to a highball glass
  2. Muddle very well.
  3. Add white rum, peach nectar and ice to the glass.
  4. Top with club soda.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Garnish with mint sprig.
