Salted Honey Pistachio - Tonic (Mocktail)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz pistachio simple syrup
  • 1 tsp crushed pistachios
  • 1 1/2 oz green tea
  • 1 1/2 oz Grapefruit juice freshly squeezed
  • Handful of ice

Method
 

  1. Add 1/4 oz pistachio simple syrup to a small cup.
  2. Dip brush into pistachio syrup and brush onto side of a nick & nora glass.
  3. Dip into crushed pistachios.
  4. Place cocktail glass in freezer.
  5. Add green tea, grapefruit juice and the rest (3/4 oz) of the pistachio simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
  6. Shake well.
  7. Remove the cocktail glass from the freezer.
  8. Double strain cocktail into glass.
