Method
- Add 1/4 oz pistachio simple syrup to a small cup.
- Dip brush into pistachio syrup and brush onto side of a nick & nora glass.
- Dip into crushed pistachios.
- Place cocktail glass in freezer.
- Add green tea, grapefruit juice and the rest (3/4 oz) of the pistachio simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Remove the cocktail glass from the freezer.
- Double strain cocktail into glass.
