Method
- Burn a cinnamon stick until it begins smoking place on a wood cutting board and place a chilled lowball glass over top.
- Set aside.
- Add spiced pear liqueur, rum, lime juice, spiced apple pear simple syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Add crushed ice then shake again.
- Double strain into the smoked glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with dried lime slice and the smoked cinnamon stick.
