Sumo Orange Sour

Ingredients
  

  • 7 slices Sumo orange muddled
  • 2 oz pineapple dark rum or regular dark rum
  • 3/4 oz Clove simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 2-3 dashes Orange bitters
  • 1 Egg white
  • Handful of ice

Method
 

  1. Add 6 slices sumo oranges, rum, clove simple syrup, cointreau, orange bitters and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake (shake without ice).
  3. Add half of the ice to the cocktail shaker.
  4. Shake very well.
  5. Double strain into a lowball glass over the rest of the ice.
  6. Garnish with the last sumo orange slice.
