Method
- Add 6 slices sumo oranges, rum, clove simple syrup, cointreau, orange bitters and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake (shake without ice).
- Add half of the ice to the cocktail shaker.
- Shake very well.
- Double strain into a lowball glass over the rest of the ice.
- Garnish with the last sumo orange slice.
