Thanksgiving Spritz

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz plum infused whiskey
  • 1 plum diced
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3/4 oz thyme simple syrup
  • 1 oz red wine
  • 2 oz club soda
  • handful of ice
  • Plum slice and thyme sprig for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add plum infused whiskey, diced plum and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Muddle well.
  3. Add red wine, thyme simple syrup and half of the ice to the cocktail shaker.
  4. Shake well and strain over the remaining ice in a lowball glass.
  5. Top with club soda.
  6. Garnish with plum slice and thyme sprig.
