Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Dry vermouth
  • 3/4 oz Maraschino liqueur
  • 1/4 oz Aperol
  • 3/4 oz Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • Handful of ice
  • Maraschino cherry for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients besides maraschino cherry to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
