Toasted Marshmallow Espresso Martini

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz toasted marshmallow bourbon I used Hotel Tango brand
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 3/4 oz vanilla bean (or regular) simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz fresh espresso
  • Handful of ice

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake VERY well! The longer you shake an espresso martini, the better the foam will be!
  3. Strain into chilled coupe glass.
  4. For garnish, put a marshmallow on a cocktail pick and toast it.
  5. Place marshmallow into the cocktail for garnish.
