Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz vermouth (I used sweet vermouth)
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • 2 oz prosecco
  • 4 oz club soda
  • orange wheel and luxardo cherries for garnish
  • Handful of ice

Method
 

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. Add the vermouth, bitters, prosecco and club soda to the glass.
  3. Lightly stir.
  4. Garnish with orange wheel and luxardo cherries on a cocktail pick.
