White Negroni

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Sweet vermouth
  • ½ oz Suze
  • Handful of crushed ice
  • 1 Large clear ice cube
  • Lemon peel for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients besides lemon peel to a mixing glass.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Double strain into a lowball glass over a large ice cube.
  4. Express oils from lemon peel over the top of the cocktail.
  5. Add the lemon peel to the cocktail.
