Ingredients:

• 2 oz gin

• 1.5 oz freshly squeezed blood orange juice

• .5 oz clove simple syrup

• .75 oz lime juice

• 1 egg white

• ice

• blood orange dice

Instructions:

1. add all ingredients besides ice and blood orange dice to a cocktail shaker

2. shake vigorously WITHOUT ice

3. add ice and shake again…vigorously!

4. double strain into lowball glass

5. garnish with blood orange dice on a cocktail pick

6. enjoy!!!!
