Ingredients:

• 3 kiwis (for spicy kiwi mint juice)

• a few bunches of mint (for spicy kiwi mint juice & garnish)

• 1 jalapeño (for spicy kiwi mint juice & garnish)

• 1.5 oz tequila

• 2 oz spicy kiwi mint juice

• .5 oz cointreau

• .75 oz agave

• 1 oz lime juice

• ice

Instructions:

To Make Spicy Kiwi Mint Juice:

1. Add diced kiwi, 6-8 mint leaves and 1-2 jalapeño slices to a strainer

2. muddle over a bowl

3. set aside to make the cocktail

To Make Cocktail:

1. to a cocktail shaker, add tequila, spicy kiwi mint juice, cointreau, agave and lime juice

2. add ice and shake with lid on

3. double strain into margarita glass over ice

4. garnish with mint bunch, kiwi slice and jalapeño slice
