Ingredients:

• 2 oz whiskey

• .75 oz spiced pear liqueur

• .75 oz star anise and cinnamon simple syrup

• .75 oz yuzu juice

• ice

• grated cinnamon

• 1 star anise

Instructions:

1. add whiskey, spiced pear liqueur, star anise & cinnamon simple syrup, yuzu juice and ice to a mixing glass

2. stir for a couple minutes

3. double strain into lowball glass over large ice cube

4. garnish with grated cinnamon and star anise

5. enjoy!!!!
