Ingredients:

• 3 oz peach purée (needs two peaches)

• 1 slice peach

• 1.75 oz simple syrup

• tajin

• 2 oz tequila

• .75 oz aperol

• 1 oz lime juice

• lime slice

• ice

Instructions:

To Make Peach Purée:

1. add two sliced peaches and two tablespoons of simple syrup to a blender

2. blend

3. pour through strainer into a bowl to get peach purée

To Make Cocktail:

1. brush simple syrup on side of glass and sprinkle with tajin

2. place glass in the freezer while you make the cocktail

3. to a cocktail shaker add tequila, aperol, peach purée, lime juice, and .75 oz simple syrup

4. add ice and shake with lid on

5. double strain into chilled & rimmed glass over ice

6. garnish with lime slice, peach slice and sprinkled tajin on top

7. enjoy!!!!
