The Side Salad

2-3 minutes, serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz gin

  • .75 oz pear brandy

  • .5 oz lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

  • small bunch of arugula

  • pinch of flaky salt

  • spoonful of olive oil

  • ice

Instructions:

  1. to a cocktail shaker add all ingredients and lightly muddle

  2. add ice and shake with lid on

  3. double strain into nick and nora glass

  4. garnish with one arugula leaf clipped to glass

  5. add a few drops of olive oil to float on top

  6. enjoy!!!!
